Localization
Localization is automated via Webflow's localization feature. This allows for our site to be consistent across languages while reducing the amount of work to keep things cohesive. In this video I'll cover the basics of where to access both languages, how to change copy, and the limitations with our current tier.
Localization is simple. Some quick tips:
- Make sure the main locale (English) is always up to date before changing anything on the French locale
- We are limited to only changing text on each locale
- CMS items are specific to locale also, so we can ensure content is delivered in the appropriate language
- Images can not be changed on the french locale with our current tier
- Integrations, fonts, and favicon
